CABLE GLANDS & CABLE LUGS
Mechanical devices called cable glands, sometimes referred to as cable connectors or cable fittings, are used to firmly fasten and seal cables to machinery, enclosures, or surfaces while offering defense against outside elements including dust, moisture, and even the introduction of gases or liquids. They are frequently utilized in many different industries, including manufacturing, construction, telecommunications, and electrical.
Different cable types are accommodated by the variety of sizes, materials, and designs available for cable glands. They frequently have several parts, such as a body, a locknut, a sealing element (such as an elastomeric or rubber seal), and occasionally other features like gaskets or washers.
The purpose of Cable Lugs was to protect people and appliances from harm. These lugs can be specially designed to meet the needs and preferences of the customer.
